Three generations in service of a long table.
La Premsa de Can Vinyalets was born in 1987 within the walls of an old farmhouse devoted to wine pressing. Today we keep cooking with the same idea: respect for produce, recipes written by hand and a service that recognises those who come back.
We have a main dining room for sixty guests, three private rooms, a porch and a summer terrace. We also tend the family vegetable garden — what grows there shapes the week's menu.
